A lot of the addons available for classic at the moment haven’t had the years of testing that many of the Battle for Azeroth addons have, and you mentioned your problem was exclusive to Classic. Basically, there are some programs that can break deleting the WTF/Cache/Interface folders.

You mentioned you deleted some of the folders, but it doesn’t look like you did a full UI reset at any point. If what I post below doesn’t work, you’ll probably need to at least test on an ethernet cable to see if it improves. I’m not 100% convinced wifi is the cause just yet. The problem in general may have something to do with the wifi due to where the problems in that test seem to start, but we can try a couple quick things before swapping to a wired connection.
